The Heineken Red Star Access Tour made its way to New York City last weekend. The legendary DJ Clark Kent provided music for the evening as guests anxiously awaited rappers French Montana and Wiz Khalifa at Basketball City Pier 36. Comedian Affion Crockett took the stage a few times to get the crowd excited for the coming performances. Heineken was free flowing and a host of food trucks lined the pier for concertgoers to sample.
Bronx-native French Montana hit the stage to perform his hit single “Pop That” and a verse from a crowd favorite, “Stay Schemin.” Wiz Khalifa took the stage shortly after and performed many songs from his extensive roster ranging from “Taylor Gang” to his new single “Work Hard, Play Hard.”
The 2012 Heineken Red Access Tour will make its next and final stop in Philadelphia next month.
